What types of files do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, and PNG files. For best print results, please provide files at a minimum of 300 DPI resolution.
Do you offer design services?
While we specialize in printing and production, we can assist with basic file preparation and adjustments.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround varies by project, but most jobs are completed within 2–5 business days. Same-day and rush services are available for many products — just ask!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — an 80% deposit is required to begin printing on all orders. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.
Do you offer rush/same-day services?
Yes, we offer same-day turnaround on many products depending on complexity and current workload. Contact us to check availability.
Printing Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary by product. For many items like business cards and flyers, we can accommodate small runs. Contact us for specifics.
Can you match specific brand colours (PMS/CMYK)?
Yes, we can match PMS (Pantone) and CMYK colours. Please provide your brand’s colour specifications for the most accurate results.
Do you print on both sides?
Yes, we offer single-sided and double-sided printing on most products.
What paper stock options are available?
We carry a wide range of paper stocks from standard bond to premium cardstock, glossy, matte, and specialty finishes. Ask us about options for your project.
Can you print engineer/blueprint plans?
Absolutely. We offer full Colour blueprint and engineer plan copying, scanning and printing services in various sizes.
Signs & Vehicle Wraps
What materials do you use for outdoor signs?
We use durable, weather-resistant materials including coroplast, sintra, aluminum, plywood, and UV-resistant vinyl for long-lasting outdoor signage.
How long do vehicle wraps last?
A professionally installed vehicle wrap typically lasts 5–7 years depending on exposure to elements and care.
Do you offer installation for vehicle wraps?
Yes, we provide full installation services for all vehicle wraps and graphics. Our experienced team ensures a bubble-free, professional finish.
How should I prepare artwork for a large-format sign?
Provide vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) when possible. For raster images, ensure at least 300 DPI at the final output size. We’re happy to review your files before production.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by visiting us in-store, calling 604-852-6965, or submitting a quote request through our website. We’ll review your requirements and provide a detailed estimate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and e-transfer.
Do I need to approve a proof before printing?
Yes — all proofs must be reviewed and approved by the client before production begins. This ensures accuracy and your complete satisfaction.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes! In-store pickup is available at our Abbotsford location: Unit 103 – 30505 Blueridge Drive.
Design & Files
What resolution should my files be?
For print, we recommend a minimum of 300 DPI. For large-format signage, 300 DPI at final size is acceptable.
Do you require bleed on print-ready files?
Yes. Please include 0.125″ (3mm) bleed for OFFSET and for Digital 0.25″ (6mm approx) on all edges for print-ready files to ensure clean, edge-to-edge printing.
Can you fix or clean up my artwork?
We offer basic file preparation and can make minor adjustments for Free. For extensive design work, we may charge extra for a graphic designer work.
